Wuzetka, Warsaw's cake
Wuzetka is Warsaw's own cake: chocolate sponge, a thick layer of whipped cream and a chocolate top, from the late 1940s. Most say it is named after the W-Z route, the east-west road opened in 1949, and it is on Poland's official list of traditional products.
