The Tallinn seagulls
Tallinn is a port city and its gulls are big, loud and bold around anyone eating outdoors. The tourist board even turned one on the Kohtuotsa viewing platform into Steven the seagull, with his own Instagram, in 2016. Most locals have a gull story.
When: Best in spring and summer, when people eat outside.
