The palm on Rondo de Gaulle'a
The palm is an artwork, Joanna Rajkowska's 'Greetings from Aleje Jerozolimskie', meant to stay one year from December 2002. Warsaw kept it: in late 2024 it got new bark and 74 new resin leaves made at the Warsaw University of Technology, and in 2026 the city is planting the roundabout around it.
