Patkuli viewpoint
Toompea hill has two viewing platforms. Kohtuotsa is the one with the 'The Times We Had' wall and looks over the Old Town roofs. Patkuli looks over Balti jaam and the sea, and you reach it by the 157 steps from Nunne street.
