Jaanipäev, Midsummer
Midsummer Eve is 23 June and Jaanipäev 24 June, and both are public holidays. Most people head to a summer house, the countryside or an island for a bonfire, grilling and the white night, and Tallinn empties out apart from the Old Town.
When: All year, but it lands best from May to July.
