De Madrid al cielo, the RIU rooftop
'De Madrid al cielo' is the old saying that after Madrid the only place left is heaven. The Hotel RIU Plaza España, the 1953 Edificio España tower, has a 360° rooftop on the 27th floor with a glass-floored walkway and a bar; €5 to €10 depending on the hour.
